An osmanthus submerged in a cloud of tea

Time stands still over lake Inlé in Burma. Jasmine absolute. Boats like little palaces. Oil of bergamot. Floating gardens and orchards, laden with plants and vegetation, treasure troves of scents and flavours. Osmanthus absolute. Osmanthus, Maté & Jasmine

Osmanthus is largely native to China, where its flowers are harvested by hand and kept in salt water with pieces of oak to obtain an absolute with milkier facets not revealed by the fresh flowers. Its fruity quality tinged with leather sways alongside the herbaceous maté absolute with floral facets of mimosa and jasmine sambac absolute whose fresh blossoms are hand-picked in India and then immediately processed to retain all of their delicate and voluptuous qualities.

Not the scent I expected

I originally discovered INLE at a Neiman Marcus and loved the scent. Decided to order online but the scent is definitely not the same as what I experienced in the store.

Still not received my order after 4 weeks

It’s been over 4 weeks since I placed the order and I still have not received it. When I inquired about a tracking, I was appalled that the customer service actually recommended me to reach out directly to the shipping carrier (see Request #57764). Please either expedite sending a replacement order that I requested. Otherwise, please cancel my order and credit $131.25 that was charged against my Visa card on Jan 23rd.
