Refund policy

Within 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request an exchange or refund of items, which must be returned to us in unused condition together with the original invoice. Returns are only accepted if labels and original packaging remain fully intact; Memo Paris Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Memo Paris Online Store; items lost in transit will not be compensated, and shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense.

Memo Paris Online Store does not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise are issued within two weeks of receipt, to the original purchaser's credit card. Additional duties, taxes, and shipping costs are not refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT is included in the refund.

All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items are exchanged for the same type of product, subject to availability, and refunds for faulty items can be processed within the 14-day period following delivery. Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in Memo Paris Online Store's instructions, available under How to Shop on the Memo Paris Online Store website. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our retail stores.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. This period starts on the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the last item of your order.

You may also notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (by post or by email at hello@memoparis.com) using the model form below. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and get back to you.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal; the direct cost of returning the goods is at your expense.

Please note: for health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery (such as opened fragrances or cosmetics) may not be eligible for the right of withdrawal. Your request will still be received, and our customer care team will confirm the eligibility of your order with you.
