I was told about Memo Paris while back in Ireland. After receiving the sample pack, I was very impressed with the quality of the scent. The blending of the three notes is magically forged together and acts like a released Genie once it hits the nose. Top class product and I will be ordering some Madurai or Irish leather. I’m torn between a lot. Delighted to have found a wonderful Eau du Parfum and discovering a company with a great ethos.

Would avoid ordering directly from Memo Paris. Over 30 days later and after 15 emails, I still haven't received my order. Customer service is of no help and no clear resolution in sight.

We'd like to clarify that this delay was due to circumstances beyond our control, related to a issue on the carrier's side. That said, as soon as you reached out to us about the missing order, we arranged for a replacement to be shipped, and a refund was also issued to you.
